While looking at britt's blog, i noticed that dad has trouble smiling and keeping his eyes opened... reminds me of when we were TRYING to take a family picture and this was the conversation:
Dad: "Are my eyes open?"
Jared: "Well can you see dad?"
It was quite funny!
We miss you britty and mattio!
I like sheena's face in this one... We were really sad jared, bethany, sadie, mark, danielle, and ellie couldn't make it! We miss you guys!

Yes...I tried to find a picture with Dad's eyes acutally open. I love my funny family!
I think they are open, they just turn into little slits when he smiles - or sleeps. ha ha
We missed you as well. We all need to get together. Sadie is learning names, and needs to be around you all.
oh we need to come see you guys bethany! i've missed you! it would have been a ton of fun if you and jared came too
