Amanda's Famous Cake Balls!

So amanda introduced us to cake balls and im in love! They are so good and fun to make!!! I'm going to share the recipe with all of you because you will want to enjoy too (hope you don't mind amanda!)
*Bake a yellow cake and let completely cool (just like baking a normal cake)
*After cake is cooled, crumble it in a big bowl and add a can of chocolate frosting, mix with hands! or utensils if prefer.
*Let cake/frosting mixture cool a bit in fridge.
*Form into little balls (sizes are up to you!)
*Then dip the balls in melted chocolate (almond bark is the best kind of melting chocolate found in baking aisle)... linds and i still have no idea how amanda gets the chocolate so perfect on hers, it's a mystery! We tried all dipping techniques... so amanda, what is your secret?!?

Our final product, linds is the one to credit for the amazing decorative touch. (does anyone else notice how linds tried to sneak her ring in the picture? Three weeks and she will be married to the goofball below!)

Linds' fiance waiting to reap the benefits of our hard work!

Lindsay displaying the wonderful treats.

Yes, looking so good (i had a no make-up day cuz i didn't feel like putting any on... and at the end of the day i asked brad if he even noticed... and he said no!! i should wear no make up more often if it doesn't matter!)

So fun!!! Mmm, doesn' that look way good?

okay, now that I've had them, there's no going back. They're SOOO good! Also - a girl made some like this on Martha the other day. But she used chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting! mmmmm. I'm going to have to try both.
