Fire school... a $2,000 weigh loss camp?

The answer is yes, but we also get to burn, break, and destroy stuff.

Well everyone I am half way done with fire school, and it is hands down the most physically demanding thing I have ever done. During the first two weeks I would wake up and want to throw up just thinking about what we were going to have to do that day, especially on the running days! But I've seen some real improvement and now I love it! The first day our PT instructor timed us running 1 and 1/2 miles, and my time was 15:53. This week it was 11:50. Any who, fire school is the bomb and we do a whole lot of fun stuff.

When was the last time you felt like a real manly man? Have you ever cut through a metal door or roof?...with chain saw? Have you ever made giant holes in a garage or metal roll up door with a rotary saw? Have you ever had to break down a door with an axe just to get to the other side of the door? Have you ever tore all the doors off a car and made it a convertible with massive hydraulic tools?

Below is a picture of a holligan bar, a real manly tool that no man should be with out. Useful for prying doors open, deflating tires, breaking glass, and an assortment of other fun activities, needless to say its my personal favorite all purpse destroyer tool.

Here is a video to show you a little about what being a man is all about. Enjoy!

Did anyone save the burning man or did they just stare at him?

I was doing good with all this fireman stuff, until I saw the man on fire. I'm thinking how grateful I am for those firesuits you wear. Way to go on reaching your half way mark! Thanks to Ash, for supporting you. Love Ya Both!!!!!!

Is fire jumping in your future? Just wondering, I met some fire jumpers when John and I landed once at a small airport in Utah. Go get 'em, Brad!
